We understand that choosing a venue is one of the most important decisions in the process of planning your event, so we’ve put together a list of our most frequently asked questions.

  • Venue rental currently ranges from $4,500-$7,750 depending on the package and add-ons you choose. Please contact us for details!

  • Yes! You deserve the freedom to bring your favorite vendors to work your wedding or event.

  • Yes! As the host of your own event at Sparrow Field, you may provide your own alcohol. Regardless of who provides the alcohol, any alcoholic beverage service must be attended and served by a licensed and insured bartending company. Proof of license and insurance must be provided).

  • Yes! Our venue team is there to support you and the property from all things venue related! We require (at the minimum) a day-of wedding planner or coordinator, but have seen our couples best served by a more thorough wedding planning or coordinating package. If you don’t have a planner in mind, we have many referrals we are happy to provide! We do require this to be a person who will not also be a guest at the wedding and will be dedicated to supporting you and your wedding party throughout the entire duration of the event.
